The First Lady appeared at War Memorial Auditorium in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for a campaign event today. For the appearance, Mrs. O dug deep into her closet, wearing a floral dress debuted in October 2009, here. Green patent kitten heels completed the late summer look.

I agree, this one is worth repeating, for sure. Last year we spotted a dress in this fabric on yoox.com on a clearance sale. I cannot remember which designer did it, but it's either Erdem or Etro. I think it's Erdem.

I just heard a little of Gov. Chris Christies's keynote address at the Republican nominating convention. This post was the antidote, so thank you. I love that you manage to get mostly flattering shots of Mrs. O, but also that when you post a video, it always show's her completely unvarnished, true, plain old loveliness.

I forgot to tell y'all that Mrs. O is the guest editor for ivillage and there are some videos of an interview she had with one their reporters. It's really cute and informative. They're just chilling in her office(I think) and she has her shoes off and they talk about everything from the kids to if she's read Fifty Shades of Grey. You can see at www.ivillage.com.
I am one of her biggest fans...I love her style and her choices and the fact that she repeats outfits...however, I am sorry to say that I think her hair looks terrible in this photo.
