So proud of you Mrs. T., and your little black vintage dress was perfect for the occasion. I so enjoyed your in person reports and amateur pics of that event. The "Risa's" are cute!!!
I love the dress and it's not a surprise that you would add the cute belt. The shoes are perfect, Mrs. T. Now that you have seen the White House, you can better imagine it when you see Mrs.O at an event there. Kudos!
Well done! I enjoyed your coverage of the event! Thank you! Clever choice of the dress and Risa footwear. One certainly could not wear 4 inch pumps to cover such an event. Stylish yet practical.
Mrs. T! Great to see the beautiful face that puts this blog together.....thanks for sharing your sunny smile and extra pictures! Keep up the great work!
Mrs T, you looked perfect for the occasion! very chic!
That is my first time checking out Loeffler Randall shoes too... so pretty! I'm always trying to find lowish heels that's are still nice and girly. I will have to keep an eye on their sale section!
Thanks so much for sharing, your pics are lovely! I would've been a wreck with trying to figure out what to wear even though we all know you can't go wrong with a LBD, and you looked so cute in yours. Here's hoping that this is only the beginning of many more invites to come!
I usually check your blog daily and as I was busy the past few days, I'm catching up on these great entries! Yes, so wonderful to finally "see" you in person, Mrs. T....had no idea you were so young...and so pretty too. You looked great and I can only imagine the thrill. I was able to tour the White House last spring with my son and it was such an honor and so interesting. It's my dream to meet the Obamas someday. Thank you so much for this wonderful blog....it very often makes my day!
