I'm almost positive this is the same dress worn for the president and first lady's last appearance on The View. Not sure who the designer is. Great color for her.

Love Mrs O's new hairstyle, but also love earlier ones - this one makes her look younger, but is also v. casual. Hope that for more formal occasions, she doesn't abandon the up-dos, because she does look magnificent in them!!
