Mrs. O and Dr. B spoke at Fountain-Fort Carson High School in Fountain, Colorado today as part of their Joining Forces movement.
Update: Reader Mrs. S reports that Dr. B's jacket is Kate Spade. It does appear to be the striped bow jacket, seen here.

The Commander in Chic looks gorgeous. In my opinion you can never got wrong with a crisp white shirt/blouse, however, the jacket that SLOTUS is wearing would go well with dark blue jeans and some red ballet pumps, that would look really patriotic.
I abosolutely LOVE Mrs. O's elegant and sexy blouse. Love it! Love the ruffles! I also find it figure flattering.
I don't like Dr. B's top, but I really dislike horizontal lines.
I can't recall seeing Mrs O in a white blouse. I love this look. Classic with a twist.

Mrs. O looks lovely - the white top is striking! Dr. Biden looks like she pulled something from the 1980s out of her closet. I agree that she looks YOUNG and in the last year has been wearing some very nice outfits, but she does seem to hark back to the 1980s for some of her outifts.....please, please throw all that stuff out!

I think both ladies look smashing. I love a crisp white blouse and I think the stripes are wonderful, too. By the way, stripes are now back in, so it's not 1980's at all.
I think Mrs. O.'s blouse is beautiful, but I also think it is too small. It is quite tight in the sleeves and is pulling at the shoulders. I usually like Dr. B's outfits, but this one seems a little "off" for some reason. Maybe a little too bold with her coloring and blonde hair.
The nautical look on Dr Biden is age and fashion appropriate. This type of look transcends all generations and decades. With either dark blue jeans, capri pants ,white linen trousers and some red accessories this is a great summer look especially for a day at the beach. They both look hot.
