Isn't she lovely?????!!! I don't think that there was ever so much fun in the White House. In spite of living in a huge bubble THE OBAMAS are creating a life of fun for their girls and othe families, remember last year, the then Senator Obama took time of the campaign to take His girls Trick or Treating.
Any one knows what Sasha and Malia wore?

I just love this family! Mrs you rock even at a Halloween party!!! WTG girl!

@ desertwind, I hadn't, but that's one of my favorite jacket/blouse combos from last fall! Mrs. O wore the look just as the site was starting up to the vice presidential debate. It's Thakoon. Love it! Just posted for everyong to see. Thanks for finding!!

I love the assorted bangles and bracelets she's wearing. They almost go half way up her arm. Is there any info on where they're from or who makes them? They look to be yellow gold with stones?? I don't think these are her usual diamond bracelets.

When i saw the pictures, I thought she was Pebbles from the Flinstones, not a cat woman.

Almost dressed as a cat myself. Instead, I was a tropical flower. A very becoming costume!

I thought I would let you guys know there is a cute little video of Mrs. O and Mr. O from last night's event on Politico.com under the multimedia section.

She is Fierce and I am learning to embrace MY own style without having to do what has to be pleasing to someone's eyes.. because of her. This in my opinion is what makes a stylish dresser.. i love her use of belts, cardigans, brooches, bangles.. shoes.. the whole 9.

Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 6:17 PM | Unregistered CommenterMs. AlM

Nyon, thanks for the heads up on the Politico video. It was indeed cute. I love when POTUS begged the photogs not to take a picture of his UN ambassador, Susan Rice who was dressed up as Goofy. I love his sense of humor.

THE EYES HAVE IT

Scary hats off to whom ever did Mrs.O's make up. It's super! Makes you wonder how she'd look in that costume Halle Berry wore for the role as catwoman huh... A First Lady who's not afraid to dress up, be silly and have some fun! THANK YOU GOD!!!

Mrs T , are there any pictures of Michelle's mentoring session that she did today at the White House ?

Mentoring is something close to my heart as I started mentoring three children in my local school over a year ago. I encourage everyone to give up a few minutes of their time to give back to their community, the rewards are truly amazing. No hard day at the office can compensate for seeing the sparkle in a child's eye when you give praise and recognition to them.
