Mrs. O at the Eiffel Tower

Photo by Miguel Medina /AFP/Getty Images

We love Mrs. O's Parisian-chic look. The first lady wears soft green vest and shirt, paired with a floral scarf as she and the O entourage tour the Eiffel Tour in Paris.

Update: We've learned that Mrs. O is wearing  a Prova scarf and Rick Owens Lilies vest and shirt. Click here to see the pieces in greater detail. Of note, Rick Owens in an American-born designer, who resides in Paris.

For shoes, the first lady is once again wearing her snazzy Lanvin sneakers. For a full-length look at this fabulous ensemble, shoes included, click here.

Continue reading after the jump for a detailed image of a similar style of Prova scarf. The line is carried at Ikram in Chicago. Such excitement!

Mrs. O Lunches with Nancy Reagan

P060309SA-0498Official White House Photo by Samantha Appleton

Mrs. O lunched with former First Lady Nancy Reagan today. The lunch came after President Mr. O signed a bill creating the Ronald Reagan Centennial Commission, which will honor the 100th anniversary, in 2011, of the late president’s birth.

Mrs. O has fully embraced a summer palette, wearing a striped T-shirt and floral cardigan from Gap (on sale for $24.99!), and white textured pencil skirt. A single strand of pearls and diamond bangles accessorized the look.

Update: Mrs. O wears a Michael Kors, Spring 2009, white lacquered boucle pencil skirt.

Date Night in the Big Apple

First images here. More to follow!

This evening, the President and First Lady are enjoying a date night in New York City, where they'll see the  Broadway show 'Joe Turner's Come and Gone' at the Belasco.

Mrs. O wears a square neck black dress, with horizontal bands of ruffles through the skirt. To accessorize, the First Lady adds a stack of diamond bangle bracelets, a blue clutch and Jimmy Choo Lantern heels.

Update: "Another Mrs. A" reports spotting a doppelganger Alaia dress in white at Barneys. Several people have suggested Alaia and we agree - the body hugging fit and detailed ruffle work seem to fit the bill.

A Festive Floral

Photo by Paul J. Richards/AFP/Getty Images

First Lady Mrs. O visited Bancroft Elementary School today. Students from the school helped to plant the White House kitchen in March and April; today, following a reception in which the First Lady stressed healthy eating, Mrs. O helped the students plant their own vegetable garden on school grounds.

Lynn Sweet's blog  for the Chicago Sun-Times has a full report. Our favorite quotes: "Here at Bancroft, we are big fans of carrots," one of the students read. "We are also fans of the first lady."

For the event, Mrs. O dressed in a floral cotton shirt, worn several times last year (see below). The top was paired with a lemon yellow tissue cardigan (J.Crew perhaps?) and light blue cropped pants.

Mrs. O wore the same blouse a year ago, stopping for an ice cream cone at Prince Pickler's Puckler's (Thanks chimene!) Ice Cream in Eugene, Oregon during May 2008:

Update: Mrs. O wears a blouse by Etro, available (as of 10/18/11) here.
