On a Roll

Today marked the 135th annual White House Easter Egg Roll. For the event, Mrs. O paired white pants with a J.Crew Floral-stripe tee under a Talbots Grace Fit Piped Seersucker Jacket, worn in London for the Oympics last July, here. With stipes and seersucker, Mrs. O is adding a dash of prep to her spring style!

I looove the entire look of FLOTUS,POTUS and Malia and Sasha. Michelle was rocking that pants and her hair looks magnificent
Mrs. O looks flawless and youthful...
love hair and makeup especially her pink lip color!
So Easter pretty... gorgeous family!
Mrs. O looks so trim and spring fresh in both Easter outfits-- but what's with the nude/white lipstick. Not loving that look.
Ooh, I need a spring blazer. I'll check out Talbots.
Mrs. O looks so cool and beautiful... love her hair & makeup.
Best First Lady ever!
Mrs. O looks youthful and beautiful!
I absolutely love Mrs. O and everything she contributes. She looks fabulous as usual!
What a great way to wear seersucker. It usually looks so stiff and too preppy, but with the striped/floral tee underneath, it is so much more approachable.
Hey Guys! Sorry I am so late to the party, I've REALLY missed you guys!
This outfit is a jump off to spring....and boy do we need it after this long and dreary winter :-)
What's up w/ the delays in posting new photos---like spring planting? Harrison Ford at the WH?? Anything wrong, Mrs T?
This lookmwas fresh, relaxed and exactly right for the occasion. Good job!
@Ann50, I'm just busy and trying to maintain balance between work, family, friends and the blog.
I love this relaxed casual look. It's really accessible and says "hello spring". Love it
Everyone looked so "Spring-like"; I loved getting a chance to hear the Girls speak as they read a book to the children; I rarely hear them speak.
@Ann50, I have thought the same thing about the slow down on this blog. I often wonder if Mrs T has become disillusioned with the Obama's and therefore spending less time on this site. I am prepared to be vilified for this comment.
@Jenna, I'm not offended by your comment, but to clarify, I am in no way disillusioned with the Obamas. Quite the contrary, I promise. Plus, this blog is about Mrs. O's style, not political affiliation. My commitments outside of the blog have changed and I'm trying to make it all work. Posts may be a day or two delayed on occasion and I hope you understand. On that note, if anyone is interested in contributing, please shoot me a note at contact@mrs-o.org. Hope everyone is having a good week! xx
Thank you Mrs T for the clarification and for your work on this site. It is beautifully done and appreciated.
