The President and First Lady attended the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Phoenix Awards dinner in Washington, D.C. this evening. On the fashion front, Mrs. O wore a floor-length sequin skirt, paired with a black top and Peter Soronen corset belt. A stack of bracelets and jeweled necklace completed the look.

Update: The First Lady wears a black double face paillette fishtail skirt from the Michael Kors Fall 2010 collection.

Ditto to everything that both Alisa & Judy said. I also gasped, yes my heart skipped a beat when I logged onto this site and saw Mrs Obama. She literally took my breath. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous !!!! Muah! Muah! Muah! Loving the nippy little waist, love the stack of bracelets and love the long hair.

I don't know why but everytime I see the first lady in something breathtaking it literally reduces me to tears. Now, I can understand why some people scream and cry when they see their favourite idol in concert or in person !!!

I am so glad for this website, on another very popular site, they allow the people to trash the First couple, especially the first lady. She is so intelighent and beautiful. How they can stand all the trash talking I don't know. It must be God.

So much for ranting. the First Lady looks wonderful in this outfit all I can say is " go Michelle show them what you are working with".

The President looks very handsome also.

watching the Monday Olbermann show late (on Tues afternoon) and saw some video from this...

the side profile is, unfortunately, realistically, not quite as flattering as the straight-on in the pic above. from the side, there's some tummy & some booty showing and not much top to balance them. Even so, she looks a heck of a lot better than I EVER have, 8-).

I'm an hour-glass/pear and look a LOT better from straight-on, too! ha-ha, where my waist DOES show, and the side-view of tummy & booty DO NOT.
