On the eve of the 10th anniversary of 9/11, the President and First Lady visited Arlington National Cemetery to remember military personnel who have been killed in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars since the terrorist attacks in 2001.

this black and white look is so minimalist, but the way she wore it is very effective. the black wide leg slacks add a flare to the outfit, and the crisp white top really makes it pop. the bow detail at the neck and stand up collar give it a cute feminine twist. very nice.

This blouse looks familiar? Can anyone jog my memory as to when she wore it?

You cannot go wrong with a crisp white blouse and simple black slacks, now can you? This blouse is one of my favorites, I just love the rouching on the sides along with how it's tapered to fit in the waist. Isn't this by Moschino?
