Twice as Nice in Michael Kors

In a second appearance today, Mrs. O attended the 2010 National Medal of Arts and National Humanities Medal ceremony in the East Room of the White House. For the occasion, the First Lady chose a teal silk matelasse dress by Michael Kors, last worn for a White House holiday event in December 2009.

Would make a great dress for a wedding I will attend in April...
I love the color of the dress, but I am not keen on the bow on the dress.
Pretty. But her hair is not as polished and silky as usual.
LOVE the color on her. Beautiful, classic dress. Love Michael Kors! Love Michelle Obama!
LOVE this dress!
When I saw this dress, I instantly recognized it. I liked her appearance better this time with her hair down.
I like it. Woohoo...2 outfits in one day! :)
This is a fabulous color on her! amazing!
TOO CUTE!!
A very, very pretty dress in a gorgeous, flattering color. Now THIS is the way I like to see Mrs. O. It's so hard to reconcile this great dress with the unsuccessful outfit from the Dr. Seuss reading.
Wow. Good memory, I had completely forgotten about this dress but it's gorgeous. What a colour!
I loved when she wore this dress with yellow suede pumps, loved it then and love it now. Love her !
Love this website and the color on Mrs. O is devine however can we get better full length pictures??? Their all cut off at the waist. I would love to see the full ensemble!
Still loving this dress the second time around.
I love our Michelle in sheath dresses and this one does not disappoint. Looks great the second time around!
This dress gets a wow again! Loved it the first time and still loving the dress again. She really has encouraged me to infuse more color in my wardrobe.
Love this dress and color! This is a look everyone can love.

I love Mrs. O in this fabulous dress! :O)
I'm just loving all her looks these days.
Her poise and radiant beauty made this dowdy, uninspired dress look good!
The color and style of the dress look good on the First Lady, but isn't she overdoing the sleeveless look a bit, particularly in the middle of winter? I have always thought that sleeves give a finished appearance to a dress. Even a cap sleeve would add that finished touch to the dress. Sleeveless, to me, should be reserved for hot summer days when the look is more appropriate to the weather.
@Konarina - I hear you but I am sure you have worn sleeveless tops, shorts and short sleeved dresses in the COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME even when it is snowing outside. Mrs Obama is in HER HOME and even if she wasn't, I am sure that whatever building she happened to be in winter would not reside there, rather there is every possibility that the room is overheated.
The talk of sleeves and non sleeves is getting redundant. Mrs Obama has a great body, great arms, if she chooses to show it off then she has every right to.
@Jestina, well said:)
