Sporty O

Image by Charles Dharapak / AP Images

On Friday, Mrs. O held a "Let's Move!" street hockey event with the 2010 Stanley Cup Champions Chicago Blackhawks and area students on the South Lawn of the White House. For the appearance, the First Lady turned to a sporty zip jacket, statement necklace and slim black pants.

Update: Mrs. O wears a Rachel Roy Sable Leather Ribbed Knit Jacket, paired with a FALLON necklace.

That necklace looks like the one she wore with the red dress/jacket ensemble when the President of Mexico did a state visit last year.

I love the color combination. Blacks and Browns are beautiful together, but they are rarely coordinated well.

This is a nice, sporty look for FLOTUS. I saw some other pics on gettyimages and the faces of the players and coaches are priceless. They are really enthused about being there and gifting our Michelle with her very own jersey. Really nice!

Sorry, not a fan. I've seen several full length shots of the entire ensemble. The jacket may be couture but it looks sloppy. I don't like the necklace with it either. Sorry, that's just my opinion. Not a whole lot of people are weighing in so maybe I'm not alone.

I really like it. Sporty and chic and I love that mink colour.
