Bejeweled Beauties

The Os leave for their extended vacation on Martha's Vineyard this Thursday, and with no scheduled appearances this week, why not treat ourselves to a bit of eye candy in the meantime?
The wonderful Carole Tanenbaum is once again offering a selection of her carefully curated vintage brooches to Mrs. O readers, available HERE. Prices are $45 or $75 for a single pin, and $175 for a grouping of three. There are some gorgeous gems in the mix, such as the 'Cosmopolitan' trio above. Enjoy!
A note from Carole Tanenbaum:
"We have discovered a whole new way to 'cluster' brooches! We pile them close together to resemble fascinating larger brooches. The look is both creative and sophisticated. We also have some single beauties at special prices for Mrs. O readership. Welcome in the Fall season with a vintage treasure!"

Yummy eye candy. I love her stuff and it is resonably priced, I think. Thanks Mrs. T.!
Beautiful. Ladies don't be afraid to add a bit of glamour to your everyday workwear!
Ahhhh.... love love love. Thanks for another great post.
Gorgeous! I wonder if Mrs. O is still a fan of pins or has she abandoned the pinned and belted look. Hmmmm....
Brooches like bracelets are seriously under rated. They can transform an outfit but people often associate brooches with older women, I used to. Thanks to Mrs Obama who has shown the fashion world that the brooches can be worn by modern professional women as well. These brooches are very affordable. I might treat myself to one.
@ Jestina, you are so right. I see our Michelle's fashion influence in some of the most unique places. I remember last year I saw a Doctor in the hallway of Radiology and she was wearing a brooch on her lab coat. She looked very pulled together and she wore a totally different color of flats that set it off. Now I'm seeing stacked stretch bracelets like never before. I know this Boho look was not started by FLOTUS, but I see a lot of same natural tones mixed with polka dot ones on women. Oh, the influence is there! Oh, by the way, I'm crazy about Trilliun and Set Up. Love those sets!
I love Carole Tanenbaum! Such an amazing collection and amazing woman!
