Love her new hair colour/style, extra defined eyes and coloured lips. A subtle yet effective makeover - she looks polished yet still natural.

This photo and the one in the entry just below give you an opportunity to see the change in her eyebrow line. Before (below) and recently (above). A good thing.

She's a Icon first lady whose style is going to burst into this generation
and carry over for a very long time. Her grace and ability to embrace
is a talent only God creates these character's with the ability to know
how to love and be loved. Our first Lady is unique and truly a role model.

"Can I have some hugs?" That sort of genuine display of affection is a hallmark of Mrs. O's charm. She's what I call "people" -she feels at ease with everyone and allows others to feel at ease with her. I don't feel any artifice or phoniness about her.

I liked that the video captures many different outfits. It was a good piece, and brought home the fact that Michelle is under scrutiny 24/7.

Some photos are surfacing of Michelle looking regal in purple at the WH Women's event.

IF you have a sense of humor and are not easily offended - there is a new clip on Jon Stewart's website: TheDailyShow dot com
look in the center of the page for the video titled:
"The First First Lady's Fashion Show"
They change the front page each day - so try to catch it today if you are interested in viewing it.

Mrs T. they are new pics of the First Lady on daylife.com.

She's stunning in her purple ensemble! I love this colour on her

Bevi, I agree that purple outfit is HOT.

Bee, Edwina referenced the purple outfit. It can be confusing to know who posts because the poster's handle is below the entry, not above!

MIchelle likes the bow "pins". Who makes them for her?

Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 3:21 PM | Unregistered CommenterBevi

I like the bow-pin. It gives a playful note to her outfit.

"A stir like no other." Sure, CBS reporter, let us know again how little history you know - not like Jackie Kennedy? Not like Dolly Madison?

Make that Dolley, not Dolly. Spelling at midnight is not my forte.

Can someone tell me where the green outfit is from? I don't think I've seen it before and she looks gorgeous in it. Green's a colour you don't usually see on her.

The green dress was designed by Kai Milla, Stevie Wonder's wife.
