I'm curious about her design business and wondered if she worked for anyone else before striking out on her own.

If my question is selected, I'd like to know: Approximately, how many inquiries did Maria Pinto get to replicate that beautiful turquoise dress that our Michelle wore? Thanks so much.

The word should've been "duplicate" not replicate! "How many inquiries did Maria Pinto get to duplicate the turquoise dress that Mrs.O wore the night of the Democratic National Convention?" Sorry and thanks!

I'd be interested to hear her thoughts about working with a stylist rather than the ultimate consumer. I am sure she would (and should) decline to talk specifically about her relationship with Mrs. O, and I'm not asking for that. But a discussion about a designer working with a stylist would be fascinating. Does she always know the stylist's client? Or even who the client is? How much back and forth is there between herself and the client, via the stylist?

I would be very interested to hear her response to this.........After hearing the results of the election

2008,Mrs. Obama would now be First Lady of the United States, she has worn your designs in the

past, what would you want to design for The First Lady of The United States, as this will be the

1st First Lady to wear your design, that you would want to be remembered as a "Maria Pinto"

design.

Has Mrs. Obama inspired any looks of yours since her time in the White House? If so, which ones? Have you designed anything with Mrs. O specifically in mind?

My question is: What (or who) do you look to most for inspiration when creating a timeless piece?

Which of your designs that Mrs. O has worn are you particularly fond of?

We all know Mrs. O looks great in Maria Pinto designs. Is there a designer who Maria Pinto would like to see Mrs. O wear??

Has Maria Pinto met Michelle Obama and if so, how would she honestly describe her? What are her tastes in the clothes she orders? Other question would be if the fact Michelle Obama wore her clothes had a huge different in her work previously and afterwards.

Mrs. O leaving for Camp David pics are up on yahoo. I really like the color of her coat. Her mom and her look they are wearing very similar pants: same colour and similar style-almost juicy couture type lounge pants-perfect for a flight to Camp David.
