Style Staple

Image by Charles Dharapak / AP Images

After a state dinner last night, the first lady was back to work today, visiting CentroNia, a bilingual child care facility in Washington. Following her visit, Mrs. O announced Let's Move! Child Care, an effort to raise healthy eating and living for young children.

On a fashion note, Mrs. O turned to one of her favorite frocks -- a wisteria print dress by Tracy Feith first seen during the inauguration in 2009 and three times since! Bracelets by Jordan Alexander completed the look.

Serving in Style

First Lady Mrs. O and Samantha Cameron started their Wednesday by serving U.S. and U.K. military families at a barbecue held at 10 Downing Street. For the event, Mrs. O chose a black and white print dress featuring a sheer top and beaded belt by House of Lavande. Fancy!

Update: Thanks to various readers who have spotted Mrs. O's dress! The First Lady wears Tracy Reese Pre-Fall 2011, seen here. For jewelry, Mrs. O wears an armload of moonstone, jasper, colored diamond and white coral bracelets all by Jordan Alexander and available at Fragments.

A Toast to Style

Photo by Kevin Lamarque / Reuters

The President and First Lady attended a state dinner at La Moneda Palace in Santiago, Chile this evening. For the event, Mrs. O wore an off-the-shoulder, empire waist dress, which hit just below the knee. More to style.

Update: The First Lady wears an "azalea off-the-shoulder silk mousseline" dress by Sophie Theallet from Spring 2011. A similar version was shown on the runway, here.

Mrs. O's necklace is comprised of navy "Baroque Chinese South Sea pearls" with diamond accents, designed by Jordan Alexander and available at Fragments.
