Sunny in the Buckeye State

The first lady spoke at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio today. For the appearance, Mrs. O wore a sunny, embellished L'Wren Scott cardigan (previously seen in March, here) paired with pinstripe grey trousers. Love the optimistic hue! A Miriam Haskell crystal and pearl necklace completed the look.

Colorado Classic

The first lady continued her campaign trail tour with a stop in Castle Rock, Colorado today. For the appearance, Mrs. O wore a green frock embellished with a brooch at the neckline. Tall brown suede boots completed the understated, classic look.

The first lady campaigned in Leesburg, VA today. On the style front, Mrs. O wore a mix print wrap dress, previously seen in February 2012, here. The designer of this mystery dress has yet to be identified. Any guesses? 

Sitting Pretty in Preen

For the first presidential debate this evening, Mrs. O wears a dress and jacket from Preen. The look is from Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi's Fall 2011 collection, seen here, and previously worn by the first lady here and here. The multicolored geometric-floral prints used in this collection were reported to be inpsired by the Northern California Arts and Crafts movement.

Checks and Balances

Earlier today, the first lady traveled to Reno, Nevada to speak to grass roots supporters at the University of Nevada, Reno. For the appearance, Mrs. O wore a Tracy Reese Combo Frock in Black and Parchment Gingham, available here, paired with her signature Alaia belt.
